Mô tả công việc
- Department Lead:
+ Manage HR plan, budget, activities, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
+ Train and support team member to develop themselves
- Organizational Development: Ensure the clean functions and responsibilities across the organization
- Talent Aquisition
+ Manage and update the manpower plan for each period
+ Build up a recruitment plan to meet the manpower demand-based on the registered budget.
+ Implement the recruitment process to enhance the effectiveness of vacancy fulfilling
+ Ensure the healthy Employer Branding to attract talents
- C&B: Ensure monthly payroll/bonus payout on-time
- Learning & Development: Implement current L&D plan
Yêu cầu chung - Bắt buộc
- At least 2 years experience in HR general
- Have strong knowledge and experiences with Recruitment Procedure
- Have an immense passion for HR
- Have a Business and Data-driven mindset.
- Good sense of people development and company culture
- Good task management skills
