Job Summary
[Scope of works]
- Set up and stabilize selling system for Pharmacy, Cosmetics Shop and Modern Trade channels in Central region (Đà Nẵng; Quảng Nam; Quy Nhơn; Kon Tum; Gia Lai; BMT; Huế, Quảng Bình; Quảng Trị.)
- Selling channels: Focusing on General Trade (GT) channel
- Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
- Team size: Manage Sales Representatives team and Sales Admin

- Being responsible and achieve profitability goals of sales target in the territory
- General controlling & leading activities of sales team: Sales Reps
- Monitoring the merchandising activities, sales distribution and price on the channels are in line with business objectives

- Graduated from Economic Universities
- At least 3 year experiences at Sales Supervisor of GT (general trade) channel for foreign FMCG Company (Cosmetic and Pharmacy products)
- English business level
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Leadership skill
