Overall Scope of Work
Retail Business Manager will closely collaborate with the Marketing Manager in order to:
- Maximize Revenue and Profits of the company
- Plan and execute Seasonal Promotion Campaign
- Utilize and develop CRM system (named: Salesforce)

[A. Scope of Work]
- Aligned with the Brand concept “Make Your Life Sparkling”, design & enhance the customer experience to maximize the profit of the business unit and customer satisfaction.
- Managing all retail business of the company and activities.
- Developing the sales strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Maximize Customer satisfaction
- Controlling the cost of the business unit

Main Task
- Develop a business plan and execute it. Review the result and take quick but reasonable actions to achieve the KPI.
- Improve the customer experience of each Business Unit to bring customers more “Wow” and gain loyalty of customers.
- Observing customer behaviors and market trends, find new business ideas/products.
- Control the cost in the business unit to achieved profit KPI.
- Developing Retail sales team
+ Maintains team by recruiting and training employees (with HR)
+ Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve the goal
+ Review & evaluate staff performance & Leveraging individual staff strengths

[B. Stakeholder]
- Working with CEO, develop company retail sales strategy and make a short/middle-term plan and execute the plan into actions.
- Business Unit/Team to be responsible for:
1.Cooking studio
2.Cake and Gift (online/offline)
3.Retail stores
4.Customer Service

- Sales & Gross Profit  (in retail business unit)
- Customer Satisfaction (CS)/Repeating rate
- Development of Team member’s skill 

[D. Report line: to CEO]
- Weekly and monthly report
- Campaign results: P&L
- Lesson & Improvement
Yêu cầu chung - Bắt buộc
- Experience in sales for retail business (F&B is preferable)
- Good communication
- Management Experience (have targeted and lead teams) at least 2 years
- Logical thinking/analytical skill
- Passionate to involve team member for the goals
- Open-minded, flexible to new things/experience
- Love Food (and cakes)
- Fluent English both Writing and speaking
