Overall Scope of Work
Marketing Manager will closely collaborate with the Retail Business Manager in order to:
- Plan and execute Seasonal Promotion Campaign
- Maximize Revenue and Profits of the company
- Utilize and develop CRM system (named: Salesforce)

A. Scope of work
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.

B. Responsibilities
I/ Develop and execute Brand and Marketing stragegy
Working with CEO, develop company branding and marketing strategy and make a short/middle term plan for the brand.
and execute the plan into actions.

1/ Planning: Making plan
for seasonal campaign Tết, Mooncake, Xmas, Womenday, Valentines… and other seasonal
- P&L calculation
- Work with R&D for product concept
- Develop price strategy
- Promotion plan for online & offline channel
2/ Manage campaign
- Working with the designer for Package design, Poster, Banner, Leaflet... And other online & offline marketing material
- Manage the content on online & social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Website, Mailchimp, Google…)
- Follow the sale from B2B manager or Store leader to improve the result through marketing activities

III/ MANAGE REGULAR MARKETING ACTIVIES - Birthday cake & gift (online/offline) & Cooking class
- Analyze the industry trend and customer demand for Prodcut & Service
- Work with R&D to develop the product that match demand
- Make plan content for marketing on social channel
- Monitor and improve stores display, decoration ,sevice to allign with brand concept
- Monthly report

- Maintains team by recruiting and training employees (with HR)
- Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve the goal
- Review & evaluate staff performance & Leveraging individual staff strengths

- Regular Online Marketing Activites (No of FB content/ Engagement rate…)
- Campaign results: P&L
- Customer satisfaction(loyality to Brand)

D. Report line: to CEO
- Weekly and monthly report
- Campaign results: P&L
- Lesson & Improvement
Yêu cầu chung - Bắt buộc
- At least 3 years in a marketing position and one year in marketing leader/manager position
- Strong at digital marketing
- Good communicator, Logical thinking/analytical skill
- Passionate to involve team member for the goals
- Open-minded, flexible to new things/experience
- Love Food (and cakes)
- Fluent English both Writing and speaking
- Design Skill is a plus (example photoshop..)
